Ways to Work Together
Gentle support through all seasons of healing
My practice offers compassionate, medically-informed massage for people navigating major physical and life transitions, as well as those seeking ongoing therapeutic support.
While my work is centered in post-surgical recovery, palliative care, and hospice massage, I continue to support clients who benefit from grounding, restorative bodywork for chronic illness, pain, nervous system overwhelm, or ongoing stress. Care is always guided by presence, pacing, and deep respect for the body’s needs in each moment.
This is not one-size-fits-all massage. Each session is adapted to where you are physically, emotionally, and energetically; with touch offered as an invitation, never a demand.
Below are the primary ways we might work together..
PATHWAY 1:
Post-Surgical & Medical Support
Gentle, comfort-focused massage designed to support healing after surgery or medical procedures.
This pathway centers on Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and adaptive touch to help reduce swelling, ease discomfort, and support circulation during recovery. Sessions are paced slowly and tailored to your body’s healing timeline, with careful attention to incision sites, tenderness, fatigue, and medical considerations.
This work is especially supportive during times when the body feels fragile, unfamiliar, or overwhelmed.
This support may be helpful if you are:
Recovering from cosmetic or medical surgery
Experiencing swelling, tightness, or discomfort
Navigating limited mobility or sensitivity
Needing trauma-aware, reassuring touch during recovery
Wanting gentle care that honors your body’s pace
Care is always adapted to how you are feeling on the day of your session.
PATHWAY 2:
Palliative & Hospice Massage
Compassionate, comfort-centered touch for individuals living with serious illness or nearing end of life.
This pathway offers slow, adaptive massage focused on comfort, calm, and dignity, rather than correction or outcome-driven goals. Sessions meet the individual exactly where they are — physically, cognitively, and emotionally — and may include gentle holding, light strokes, hand or foot massage, or simply quiet, grounding presence.
Care is provided with deep respect for medical realities, personal boundaries, and the emotional landscape of illness and transition.
This support may be helpful if you or a loved one:
Is living with advanced or chronic illness
Is receiving palliative or hospice care
Experiences pain, restlessness, anxiety, or discomfort
Benefits from soothing, non-invasive touch
Values presence, gentleness, and dignity
Families and caregivers are welcomed into the process and supported with care and communication as needed.
PATHWAY 3:
Therapeutic Massage for Ongoing Support
Grounding, intuitive massage for ongoing care, comfort, and nervous system regulation.
This pathway is for those who benefit from gentle, restorative bodywork to support chronic conditions, stress, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm. Sessions are guided by listening — to the body, the breath, and what is needed in that moment — and may support relaxation, pain relief, improved sleep, and a sense of ease.
While not focused on acute medical transitions, this work still honors the same principles of presence, pacing, and respect.
This support may be helpful if you are:
Living with chronic illness or ongoing pain
Managing stress, grief, or nervous system dysregulation
Feeling exhausted, tense, or disconnected from your body
Seeking regular, nurturing therapeutic care
Existing clients and those seeking continued support are warmly welcomed here.
Not Sure Which Pathway Is Right?
If you’re unsure which type of care best fits your needs — or if you’re reaching out on behalf of a loved one — I’m happy to talk things through with you.
Together, we can find the most supportive approach.
