A gentle first step…

Reaching out for care can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re navigating illness, recovery, or change on behalf of yourself or someone you love.

This page is an invitation to begin with a conversation. There is no pressure to book or decide anything right away. My role is to listen, answer questions, and help you determine whether the care I offer feels supportive for your situation.

Who This Is For

You are welcome to reach out if:

  • You are seeking post-surgical or medical support

  • You or a loved one is receiving palliative or hospice care

  • You are a family member or caregiver looking for guidance

  • You are unsure which type of care is appropriate

  • You simply want to talk things through before deciding

You are also welcome to reach out on behalf of someone else.

A Note About Care

All sessions are offered with deep respect for comfort, consent, and medical considerations. Care may take place in private homes, hospice settings, assisted living, or other facilities, depending on your needs and permissions.

If at any point it feels like another form of support would be more appropriate, I will share that honestly and thoughtfully.

You don’t need to have all the answers before reaching out. We can take this one step at a time.

What Happens After You Reach Out

After you submit the form below:

  • I will review your message personally

  • I’ll respond within [24–48 hours]

  • We’ll schedule a brief phone or video conversation, if helpful

  • Together, we’ll explore next steps at a pace that feels right

There is no obligation to move forward.
