Josie holds certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (C-MLD) and uses this gentle, rhythmic technique to help clients support their immune systems, recover from surgery or injury, and ease discomfort or pain associated with fluid retention. This soothing modality also promotes deep relaxation and stress reduction. 

Drawing from a rich blend of modalities, Josie tailors her massage services to each client’s needs, incorporating a blend of Swedish massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and Connective Tissue Massage (CTM) techniques. As a Reiki Master, Josie offers Reiki energy healing and integrates subtle energy work into her bodywork sessions when appropriate, offering space for deep rest and recalibration.

A Key West local and South Florida native, Josie received her foundational training at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork on the island of Kaua‘i, a school known for its emphasis on mindful touch, personal inquiry, and trauma-informed care. This education continues to shape Josie’s practice, creating a grounded and sensitive container for healing and transformation.
