This work is about more than massage. It is about meeting people with care, presence, and deep respect during some of the most vulnerable moments of life.
I offer gentle, medically-informed bodywork rooted in the belief that comfort matters, especially when the body is healing, changing, or nearing the end of life.
My Story
My commitment to palliative and hospice massage comes from lived experience. I have personally walked this path without the support I needed, and I have watched loved ones endure the same.
I believe deeply that no one should face serious illness or the end of life in isolation. With a grounded, nurturing presence, I provide comfort and connection during profoundly vulnerable times.
This work is not about fixing. It is about honoring the person, easing discomfort, and creating moments of calm in a time that can often feel overwhelming.
How I Work
Care is always guided by listening — to the body, the breath, and what is needed in each moment.
My approach is:
Gentle and adaptive
Trauma-aware and consent-led
Informed by medical realities
Collaborative with families and care teams when appropriate
Each session is shaped by the individual’s condition, comfort, and capacity on that day.
Philosophy of Touch
Touch is offered as an invitation, never a demand.
In palliative and hospice settings especially, massage is about presence rather than outcome. It may include light strokes, holding, or stillness — always honoring dignity, boundaries, and the body’s wisdom.
